Improve your sex life with exercise
Studies on the relationship between physical activity and sexual performance suggests that regular exercise could positively affect the frequency and ease of sexual arousal. It could also improve your ability to orgasm and increase libido, as well!
In a study of 31,000 men over 50, Harvard found that aerobic exercise resulted in 30% lower risk of erectile disfunction. It can be as easy as regular brisk walks for over 30 minutes improves circulation and blood flow.
There are many more studies suggesting the benefits of exercise on endurance, flexibility and strength which can help with sexual performance.
Dr. Tina M. Penhollow, an associate professor in the Department of Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Florida Atlantic University, who says, “Being active is a potent aphrodisiac for both women and men.” Regular exercise releases feel good hormones, where stress causes your body to produce more of the hormone cortisol, which over time can decrease your interest in sex.
Exercise helps you look good and feel good – this promotes confidence – there is nothing sexier than confidence.
