Celebrating Aussie Pubs with a Giveaway

The promotion runs as a weekly giveaway. Each weekly round opens upon publication (each Sunday) of the giveaway post and closes at 5:00pm AEST each Friday. The online winner is drawn live on Facebook at 6:00pm AEST on the same Friday. The in-pub prize is available from the time the post is published until it is claimed, or until 6:00pm AEST Friday if unclaimed.Rogue Nation reserves the right to run, pause, or discontinue weekly rounds at its discretion.

◆ The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

◆ Employees of Rogue Nation, employees of the featured pub, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

◆ By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

Each weekly round offers two separate prizes, each valued at AUD $155:

• Prize 1 — Online Draw: Awarded to one randomly selected valid online entrant, drawn live on Facebook at 6:00pm AEST each Friday.
• Prize 2 — In-Pub Prize: Awarded to the first eligible person to visit the featured pub in person during the promotion period and claim the prize at the bar by mentioning "Rogue Nation" to a staff member. Once claimed, the in-pub prize is no longer available for that weekly round.

A person may enter both the online draw and attempt to claim the in-pub prize, but may only win one prize per weekly round.

To enter the online draw, participants must, within the promotion period:

• Comment on the designated Rogue Nation giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram;
• Correctly name the pub featured in the post; and
• Tag at least one other person in the same comment.

Only one entry per person per weekly round is permitted. Entries must be made on the original giveaway post. The person tagged does not automatically receive an entry.

To claim the in-pub prize, a participant must:

• Attend the featured pub in person during the promotion period;
• Approach a staff member at the bar and say "Rogue Nation"; and
• Be the first eligible person to do so.

No prior online entry is required to claim the in-pub prize.

An online entry is only valid if it correctly identifies the pub, tags at least one other person, and is submitted before 5:00pm AEST on the closing Friday. Rogue Nation reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a pub name is sufficiently correct.

Online Draw (Prize 1): One winner is drawn randomly from all valid online entries using a manual "draw a name out of the hat". The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

In-Pub Prize (Prize 2): The prize is awarded by pub staff to the first eligible person to claim it. The determination by pub staff as to who was first is final. If unclaimed by 6:00pm AEST Friday, Rogue Nation reserves the right to redraw, roll the prize into the following week, or retire it at its sole discretion.

• Each prize is one Rogue Nation online store voucher valued at AUD $155, redeemable at roguenation.au.
• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
• Vouchers are non-transferable.
• If an online winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Rogue Nation reserves the right to redraw.

Online winner: Announced live on Facebook at 6:00pm AEST, tagged in a comment on the original post, and contacted via DM. Winners must respond within 7 days.

In-pub winner: The voucher code is held by the featured pub and issued directly to the first eligible claimant. Rogue Nation will announce the in-pub winner (first name and general location only, with their consent) on social media as soon as practicable after the prize is claimed.

Featured pubs participate voluntarily and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Rogue Nation.

Rogue Nation is not liable for any failure by a featured pub to correctly administer the in-pub prize. In the event of such a failure, Rogue Nation will make reasonable efforts to remedy the situation but accepts no legal liability.

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used only for the purpose of administering the promotion and delivering prizes.Rogue Nation will not share entrant information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to administer the in-pub prize. In-pub prize winners consent to their first name and general location being shared publicly on RogueNation's social media pages. RogueNation's Privacy Policy is available at roguenation.au.

• Rogue Nation reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
• Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are not permitted.
• Only one prize may be won per person per weekly round regardless of number of entries submitted.
• Any cost associated with accessing Facebook or Instagram is the entrant's responsibility.
• Any cost associated with travelling to the featured pub is the entrant's responsibility. Rogue Nation accepts no liability for travel costs, injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with attempting to claim the in-pub prize.
• Rogue Nation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without liability to entrants.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion.
