90-Day Exchange Policy

You have 90-days to change your mind, in this time you may request an exchange, no questions asked. There a few conditions, see below. 

Eligibility for Exchange

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, and with the Rogue Nation adhesive label still attached and undamaged.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact us at hi@roguenation.au to request a swap.
  2. When your request is promptly processed, we’ll provide a return shipping label and packaging instructions.

Lifetime Warranty on Tungsten Rings

We offer a LIFETIME warranty on Rogue Nation tungsten rings. If your ring scratches, fades, or breaks, we’ll replace it free of charge. Simply email us at hi@roguenation.au to begin the process.

Refunds

If you’d like to request a refund, you are required to do so within 90 days of ordering your ring:

  1. Email us at hi@roguenation.au with your order details and refund request.
  2. We will provide details of how to return the item(s).
  3. We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s).
  4. A request must be received within 90 days of purchase.

Refund Approval:

To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and with the Rogue Nation adhesive label intact and undamaged.

If approved, your refund will be promptly processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
