90-Day Exchange Policy

You have 90-days to change your mind, in this time you may request an exchange, no questions asked. There a few conditions, see below. 

Eligibility for Exchange

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, and with the Rogue Nation adhesive label still attached and undamaged.

Lifetime Warranty on Tungsten Rings

We offer a LIFETIME warranty on Rogue Nation tungsten rings. If your ring scratches, fades, or breaks, we’ll replace it free of charge. Simply email us at hi@roguenation.au to begin the process or order a return label here.

Refunds

If you’d like to request a refund, you are required to do so within 90 days of ordering your ring:

  1. Order a return label.
  2. Send back your product with the reason why you need a refud.
  3. We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s).
  4. A request must be received within 90 days of purchase.

Refund Approval:

To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and with the Rogue Nation adhesive label intact and undamaged.

If approved, your refund will be promptly processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
